Terms and Conditions
Items are in perfect condition when posted and we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payments.
All UK orders will be despatched 1st class (recorded delivery)
Postal charges: Orders under £50.00 - £1.95 1st class recorded delivery
Orders over £50.00 free postage.
Please note all deliveries will need a signature.
We accept payment by cheque (made payable to Sheila Woodward), postal order or Paypal.
Please note:International orders - Paypal only.
Refunds
A full refund or exchange is available it the items are not to your satisfaction. Postage and packing is non - refundable. A refund will be given once the goods have been received back with us. The same conditions apply if the item you receive is not as described, however in this case the postage cost will be refunded. Please return the item(s) in an unused condition within seven days.
We have tried to represent colours as accurately as possible but they may vary slightly in the way that they appear on your computer screen due to differing settings.
All information collected by us through the ordering process is protected ( in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or any other personal details to any third party. If you have made a purchase from us and have advised us of your e-mail address we may occasionally update you on news and special offers. If you would prefer not to receive information from us please let me know.

We would love to show your work in our gallery. The photo that you send to us must be accompanied by the designers name so that we can give them credit for their work.
